It’s easier to build strong children than to repair broken men. - Frederick Douglass
Our Approach
The Kiru Method is a mindful and iterative approach to raising strong children – as characterized by their confidence, emotional intelligence, and self-sufficiency.
Our philosophy maintains that in order for Child:Adult relationships to flourish, learning, guidance, and teaching must flow in both directions.
Kiru emphasizes respectful communication and attentive listening, while challenging caregivers to model the behaviors they wish to see. We view this bond formation as the gateway to productive feedback, and behavioral modification loops.
We understand the impact that events in childhood have on adulthood. As such, we work to empower children by supporting anyone with a role in the life of a Child.
Through educational content and courses, 1:1 coaching, and small group sessions, caregivers develop a foundational understanding of child development and gain tools to foster healthy relationships with the children they serve.
The Kiru Method empowers caregivers to be the confident, competent, and compassionate leaders their children need.

AMI Trained Primary Guide and Parent Educator
Rynae is a passionate child advocate and parent educator. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Developmental Psychology and a Masters Degree in Early Education.
With over a decade of experience supporting children and families, she helps caregivers reimagine what the Child:Adult relationship can be.
For Rynae, children are capable of far more than we give them credit for. She believes they require liberation to discover their own path and potential; and deserve gentle guidance to maximize it.
Rynae understands that childhood is the foundation which determines the quality of a society. As such, she invites caregivers to get curious about the role they play in raising strong children.
Rynae offers development-focused, identity affirming, support to imperfect caregivers who are committed to doing their best.
